BEDE's LEAVING
PRESENTATION - 25th November 2019
On 25th November, the last Sunday of the church year,
Bede took his final service with us, which was also the
last service of his whole ministry. St Nicholas Church
was packed and all Bede’s family were able to join us
for what was a very special service in every respect.
Following this a fond farewell gathering was held in the
Village Hall and gifts were given to Bede with our
thanks for his generous and exceptional ministry to us,
and to Sue for her patient and supportive friendship
during their time with us. We will miss them both.
