SEPTEMBER 19th - 7.00pm - TALK BY JOHN BLASHFORD-SNELL ‘THE DARIEN GAP BREAKTHROUGH’

Following last year’s fantastic turnout, Bourton Village Hall is delighted to welcome back renowned explorer Colonel John Blashford-Snell for another captivating lecture.   Doors open at 6:30 along with the bar.

This year’s talk tells the thrilling story of his toughest expedition yet, navigating a 100 km stretch of dense rainforest and treacherous swamp between Panama and Colombia. Crucially, this ground-breaking journey also served as the ultimate test launch for the original Range Rover.
